1. Scope

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

3.1. The presentation of products and services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

3.2. By clicking the “Order” button, you submit a binding order for the products and services listed on the order page. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

4.2. Payment can be made by the methods specified on the website.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery times are stated on the product page. If no delivery time is specified, delivery will be made within 30 days at the latest.

5.2. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be added to the total amount during the checkout process. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the nature of the ordered goods. 5.3. If the delivery of the goods fails due to your fault despite three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately.

6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1. The statutory warranty rights apply.

8.2. We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to contracts between us and you, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11.2. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.

11.3. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
